33nw Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 33nw platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33nw. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33nw platform.

33nw reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the 33nw platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility

To register and use a 33nw account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33nw is strictly an adults-only platform. Any person who is under 21 years of age is prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on 33nw.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of a third party.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Credentials

Account Closure

You may close your 33nw account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests to close an account will be actioned within three business days. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the withdrawal method of record, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements or bonus conditions.

33nw may suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion where it determines that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to 33nw. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

33nw accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 33nw account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be returned, less any processing fees that may apply.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Sports Betting

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with 33nw.

33nw's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. Where 33nw suspects a prohibited activity is occurring, it may suspend an account and withhold funds pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33nw platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, images, logos, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement of all such materials — is the property of 33nw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 33nw platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 33nw.

The 33nw name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of 33nw. Unauthorised use of 33nw trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33nw's aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with the use of the 33nw platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 33nw shall not be liable for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity, whether arising directly or indirectly from the use of or inability to use the 33nw platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions, technical failures, system maintenance, or third-party service outages that affect the availability of the 33nw platform, provided that 33nw takes reasonable steps to restore service as promptly as practicable.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or results published on the 33nw platform where such information is subject to correction, update, or amendment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 33nw's liability for death or personal injury caused by 33nw's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

33nw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where the amendments are material, 33nw will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details held on file — including notification through the 33nw account dashboard — prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 33nw platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the 33nw platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3 above.
